KOYDATECH 001 is a complex water-based additive that is included in cellulose-based materials or any other additives in order to increase the strength characteristics and hydrophobic properties of the additives.
KOYDATECH 001 should be mixed before use.
Consumption ranges from 4.0% to 8.0% per 1 ton of cellulose fiber.
KOYDATECH 002 is a solvent-based complex additive used as a component for:
- production of modified bitumen, bituminous road, roofing and waterproofing mastics using polymers such as styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) and other styrene copolymers (SBR, SEBS, SIS, SEPS, etc.) and promotes better dissolution of the polymer in bitumen and increasing the modifying properties;
- increasing the adhesion of bitumen (modified bitumen) to the surface of mineral materials in the production of asphalt concrete mixtures;
- to improve the compaction of asphalt concrete mixtures, as well as to slow down the intensity of thermal oxidative aging of bitumen (modified bitumen).
The complex additive KOYDATECH 002 must be mixed before use. The additive consumption is from 0.25% to 0.5% per 1 ton of bitumen (modified bitumen). To increase the dispersibility of polymers in bitumen, the additive is added 15 minutes before the end of the modified bitumen preparation.
