KOYDADUSTER MR is a water-based dedusting concentrate based on polymers and functional additives for the purpose of prolonged dust suppression of dusty dirt roads, roadsides, quarries, construction sites, parking lots for special equipment.
The main function is to reduce dust. At the same time, the product does not affect human health and does not harm the ecology of the area - it is biodegradable.
Roads are treated with 1% KOYDADUSTER MR solution (diluted 15 times) using standard watering machines to which a reagent is added.
Dissolution of the concentrate can be carried out in warm or cold water with stirring until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
KOYDADUSTER MR is fed without heating by automatic dispensers or by recalculating the processing speed and solution concentration based on the capabilities of the technology.
Application is carried out evenly through nozzles or other sprayers under normal conditions. After processing, the coating must be completely dried under natural conditions (processing in the rain is not desirable).
The effect of prolonged action is as follows: the product is reactivated up to 2 times by wetting the previously treated surface with plain water.
