Purpose:
KOYDAMIN AС-NPK anticaking agent is a product for treatment of the granule surface of mineral fertilizers to prevent their transition into a bound and compacted state during transportation and storage.
Mode of action:
KOYDAMIN AС-NPK inhibits crystallization during storage of the product and changes its moisture retaining property. Surface treatment with anticaking agent helps to obtain granules of high strength and prevents the formation of crystallization-type contacts between particles (formation of agglomerates).
The anticaking agent is easily applied to the surface of granules. It is safe and has minimum impact on the fertilizers themselves.
Application:
KOYDAMIN AС-NPK anticaking agent for chemical fertilizers is recommended as a conditioning additive during production of both medium-caking NPK fertilizers and high-caking.
Dosage:
The anticaking agent is applied by spraying on the formed mineral fertilizer granules. Consumption is 1.5-2 kg of product per 1 ton of finished fertilizers.
Shelf life:
12 months from the date of production.
